Life is crazy and there are moments when it feels like everything's spinning out of control.
Refusing to eat is not going to make anything better.
Here's how you can start making a few things better:
1. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
2. Everyday, feed yourself the fruits, vegetables, and grains that your body needs to survive.
3. Learn to protect your body's health by getting the amount of sleep you need every night.
4. Tell someone, a doctor, parent, or Guidance Counselor at school that you want to talk to someone about a few things you've been worried about.
